I have been teaching for 10 years, initially starting my career in Loughton before moving to a school in Basildon. My experience involves a range of leadership roles including assessment leader, PE leader and lower key stage 2 phase leader. I have also worked within an advisory role for the LA, supporting schools in the Essex Borough with teaching and learning. I completed a first class Masters in Education in 2015 and took on my first Deputy Head role 5 years ago, where I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the Junior School. I also lead assessment and English.
