Throughout my fifteen years of teaching, I have mentored NQTs as well as students entering teaching through the TES Direct Initial Teacher Training Program. In addition, I have also coached colleagues within school.

As a member of SLT who had responsibilities for Literacy, EAL and Curriculum, I have lead training for INSET days, analysed data, conducted Pupil Progress Meetings as well as conducted TA Performance Management meetings.

During 2017/2018, I completed the Leadership Development Programme and the Aspiring Deputy Headship programme via Hsis.

Currently, I have returned to education and have begun a part-time Masters programme in Children’s Literature with Roehampton University.
