I have been working within Havering for over 15 years as a disability champion Childminder.

Now for the past 3 years within Havering schools moving up the ladder from a 1:2:1 position to an HLTA Status.

I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of being a 1:2:1, a TA and now an HLTA.

I know the community well and have links with most agencies used within Havering.

My Current role also includes being the lead for our schools EAL admissions of which I strive to do the best for the families involved.
