I currently line manage the director of Maths across two Harris Academies, alongside oversight of SEN/ intervention and English and Maths Match up.

• Facilitator on the NPQML programme
• Workgroup lead for the Maths hub SLE school improvement programme and the improving subject knowledge for teaching assistants
• Facilitator for TSST Maths programme

Being an SLE has allowed me to work in schools across the UK (including as far as Yorkshire and Plymouth), whilst still working full time at my main school in Essex. I have developed leadership within departments as well as looking at the SMT link and how they can best line manage the department. I have helped develop teaching and learning in both my own schools that I work in (improving the exam results in both schools) and also improve the teaching in external schools through team teaching, coaching , joint lesson planning and joint observations .
