I have worked at Emerson Park Academy for the past 7 years in many different roles; my first being an NQT and my current as Lead Practitioner for Science and as Second in Faculty.

I’ve enjoyed mentoring trainee teachers throughout my time to complete their teacher training courses, helping to develop their teaching skills and subject knowledge.

As part of my current Lead Practitioner role I have been involved with improving homework across the academy and am now responsible for STEM integration across the curriculum.
