I have taught in KS2 now for 7 years with the past 5 years in years 5 and 6.

As a middle leader for the past 4 years, I have been part of the Literacy team before becoming curriculum lead where my primary aim is to establish a personalised approach to teaching the curriculum across the school.

I have experience in writing and amending policies, producing progression documents for reading, reporting to governors, supporting staff and holding staff meetings for CPD.

I have been involved in numerous learning conversations and lesson visits and have become proficient at analysing data to better understand trends across the school.
