I am a Senior Leader with experience of leading on AFL across the school and I am responsible for whole school Assessment.

I completed the Havering Leadership course and the Havering Deputy Heads course and I am an NQT mentor.

I have supported staff in school and at other venues to develop staff.

I have been teaching for the past 10 years and prior to that I was a Metropolitan Police officer with vast amounts of experience working within the Child Protection team, and other areas of which, the skills I obtained have transferred exceptionally well in to teaching.
