Have attended EHCP panel, EHCP applications and lead annual reviews; work with teachers to create and evaluate tailored support programs for pupils; multi-agency working; arrange externally led and lead SEN INSET; write social stories; provision mapping; research and purchase resources in line with pupil needs; arrange and lead Person Centred Reviews for children transitioning to Secondary School; work with SENDCos to ensure the smooth transition of pupils to and from Benhurst; manage the SEND register; use data to monitor pupil progress.

Training includes:

Makaton, Team Teach, PECs, ELKLAN accredited.

Member of SLT for 10 years.
