I have been teaching for 17 years and have taught Reception for 15 years. I have been EYFS Phase Leader for 4 years.

I have mentored several students, other teachers and NQTS during my career and am a passionate EYFS teacher who loves to share good practice with anyone who is interested. I have worked at Crowlands for 15 years and have seen the school go through significant changes and this has given me a wealth of experience.

I have had middle leader training and am also taking part in the borough’s From Vision to Provision programme for EYFS Leaders.
