I have been teaching for 5 years working in KS1 and currently in Reception.

I have some experience of maths and computing subject leadership and I am currently part of the Creative Learning Curriculum team within our Federation. This year as part of the CLC team I have overseen the redesign of the Creative Curriculum in KS1, including how this is planned and assessed.

I have experience with mentoring teaching students and this year became an Improvement Champion as part of school peer to peer reviews. For this role I led a staff meeting facilitating the development of a school action plan.

As well as this, I am in the process of assisting with the redesign of how we teach the EYFS curriculum as well as how we assess this.

I have recently completed some Middle Leadership training within the Seven Kings Alliance Teaching School and I would be willing to mentor teachers within Havering.
