I started as an NQT at Ardleigh Green Infants in 2009 and have been here ever since. I have worked in both Y1 and Reception over the years. I have been Art and DT Co-ordinator and P.E. Co-ordinator; I also covered Computing for a year whilst the lead was on maternity leave. Four years ago I became Y1 leader. Last year I was also given the responsibility of assessment lead and became a moderator for the borough.
