I have been a headteacher for over 11 years now and have a Masters in Education and my NPQH qualification. During this time I have gained a great deal of experience in managing change and developing the overall capacity of staff through the amalgamation of 2 schools; new school build; taking school from RI to Good. School has recently received Inclusion Quality Mark – Centre of Excellence and has the ICT Mark/Google School.
