I have been an SLE for a number of years and held workshops for local teachers when the new curriculum was introduced a few years ago.
I implemented the new curriculum, rewriting long and medium term plans. I have conducted staff training to implement new weekly plans as well as how to introduce more mastery activities using Blooms Taxonomy.
In addition, I have introduced consistency in mathematics across the school from planning to teaching and assessment.
