As a former retail manager, I joined the teaching profession in 2000 and have been a headteacher for eight years. During my teaching career, I have worked in schools in various categories and at various stages of development.I have conducted a number of Pupil Premium reviews and enjoy supporting colleagues in challenging circumstances.
