I have been teaching for 8 years and have worked within Reception for 6.

Since becoming Reception year group lead, I have undertaken and passed my Level 3 Elklan accredited course in early language intervention. This qualification has helped support me in my role of SLE and allowed me to work and support other schools in the borough who have been involved in delivering the NELI project.
