I was appointed Headteacher at Ardleigh Green Junior School in September 2023.

Before this, I had been a teacher and SENDCo for over 20 years, completing the specialist accreditation for SENDCos.

I have experience in leading a subject area, performance management, SENDs and mentoring less experienced teachers.

I have provided support for SENDCos both in and out of the borough, as well as acting as Mentor to a recently appointed Assistant Headteacher.

I was also responsible for LAC, Pupil Premium, EAL and More Able, as well as being Deputy Headteacher and part of the Safeguarding team.
