I completed the SENCO Accreditation in 2012/2013 when I undertook the role of SENCO in my school. Since then I have developed my expertise in supporting children with differing needs in my setting. I liaise with a number of agencies to utilise their advice and support.

During my time as SENCO I have maintained the IQM status of the school, and more recently have achieved IQM Flagship status. I continue to work hard to develop my own knowledge and understanding of how best to support SEN children, but also support SENCOs in other schools where I can.
