Tiffany is currently the Subject leader for History at Marshalls Park Academy in Romford.
She has been teaching for 6 years, and has been Subject Leader for 4 years.
Tiffany has taken part in the Outstanding Teacher Programme, and regularly leads CPD in her school on teaching and learning strategies that can be put in to place in the classroom.
Tiffany has spent the last three years mentoring trainees to build up the department.
Tiffany has also gone on to mentor them in to their NQT year, providing practical guidance and, where needed, emotional support which will continue in to their RQT year and beyond.
She has completed her Level 1 Coaching with the Institute of Educational Coaching, and has experience with peer-to-peer coaching to help teachers outside of her departments with their teaching. As well as this, Tiffany has completed Middle-Leadership training with PiXL.
Tiffany enjoys working collaboratively with other teachers and leaders to ensure that learners are getting access to the best education to allow them to build strong foundations for their future.
