This accredited course builds on the recommendations contained in Sir Michael Bichard’s report into the Soham case.

There are sessions throughout the day looking at different aspects of safer recruitment including preparing to recruit, selecting the right people, choosing wisely, checking thoroughly, remaining vigilant
It will help participants to begin to review their own & their organisation’s policies and practice with a view to making them ‘safer’
