Effective subject leadership is fundamental in ensuring continued school improvement. This termly meeting will give English subject leaders an opportunity to network and share good practice. This meeting will provide information on recent developments in English teaching and learning and national and local updates. A selection of English activities will be shared.
The agenda will vary but the session will cover some of the following:
- Any national developments in the curriculum or teaching of English
- Sharing and analysis of local data
- Sharing good practice
- Input from publishers or other providers of resources
