This class is designed for those who feel they need help understanding what wellness is and why it’s so important to us in the world we live in. I will be making self-development and well-being simple.

The class will be an opportunity to work on yourself whilst connecting with like minded women. The class will aim to give you support and guidance and to encourage wellbeing using coping strategies.
