The aspiring Headteacher programme is designed to help people in a practical way to ready themselves for their next career step. This training sits between inspirational leadership training like Andy Buck or John Yates and the government determined leadership programmes like NPQs. This is a “nuts and bolts” approach which will make you reflect on what you have done, what you have the skills to do next and where you are going. The aim is for you to leave the training with a clear idea about what you want and need to do next!
