This course is for new DSL and new team members, it provides training around the role, practicalities and processes involved in being a DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) or team member in Havering
You will look at concerns processes - what you record, reporting routes and how you keep information confidential and appropriate.
You will look at current core safeguarding training for all staff, and explore current issues and themes.
